To Whom It May Concern:

Our family has just gone through a very difficult season in the battle against bed bugs. The insects were introduced into our home when we purchased a mattress that was delivered on the same truck as mattresses that were contaminated with the insects unbeknown to us. We became prisoners in our home, always on the lookout for the hidden enemy that kept showing up in different places. We lost sleep; it affected our health, loss of work and the stigma that comes when people hear that you are fighting bed bugs.

When we contacted your company, your employees were quick and compassionate in coming to our aid. John came into our home and located areas of concern immediately. The decision was made to have our home treated with heat.

On the day of the heat treatment, Terry and his technician were prompt and ready to begin the process. Terry was reassuring that this horrible battle would be won! That alone was such a blessing! They immediately began staging our house for treatment. He showed us areas where the bugs were, vacuumed them (He looked like Ghost Busters!) and then literally turned the house upside down.

We came frequently through the day to check on the progress of the treatment. Terry had a thermometer that registered the temperature. We were pleased to see for ourselves that the temperature was at 139 degrees. The hotter the better as far as we were concerned!

Terry and his technician checked inside the house frequently. This is an extremely hot and labor intensive process. When the treatment was completed 12 hours later, they put the house back in order.

We have had 2 inspections since the treatment, and we were so thankful to pass the bed bug test! Terry had given us instructions concerning what to look for and how to prevent further problems.

We cannot thank you enough for giving us our home back! Your employees have all been wonderful! Thanks to everyone who has been a part of this journey!
